	Life Rule 294
	When you are lifting weights, a proper bench press is when the bar touches your chest lightly and then you arms reach full extension, that counts as one. Don't swing your arms when you do curls, lift the weight in a controlled manner. All pushups should be done with rigid posture and full arm extension.
